Booking Instructions – Nova Hibachi
Thank you for choosing Nova Hibachi for your private dining experience. Please review the booking process below to ensure a smooth and seamless reservation.

No deposit is required.

We can accommodate bookings with as little as 24 hours’ notice. For larger events with more than 30 guests, a minimum of 3 days’ advance booking is required.

A minimum event investment of $550 is required

A 20% gratuity is suggested for your chef experience.
Travel & Location
A flat $40 travel fee applies within 50 miles.
Distances beyond 50 miles are charged at $1 per mile.
Final travel details will be confirmed after booking.

• We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Card
• Credit card payments include a 4% processing fee
Credit card payments must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the event and cannot be processed after the event
Cash, Zelle, and Venmo can be paid after the event
