Most events run about 1 hour 30 minutes from setup to cleanup, depending on your guest count and menu.
If your event is outdoors, we recommend a covered area like a tent, patio, or garage opening. If weather looks severe, contact us ahead of time to review options.

Gratuity is not automatically included. Tips for your chef and team are always appreciated but completely optional.
