Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and flexible experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. No Deposit Required We do not require any upfront deposit to secure your booking. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Card Credit card payments include a 4% processing fee. Credit card payments must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the event and cannot be processed after the event. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo can be paid after the event. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Clients may reschedule or cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time without any penalty. 3. Communication All changes, cancellations, or special requests should be communicated promptly to allow us to provide the best possible service. We are committed to flexibility and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient scheduling for all events.
